Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the billing section of your profile, which also links to the Stripe billing portal. Cancel during the free trial and you won't be charged; Pro stays on until the trial ends. After a payment, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, on either plan. Eligible first-time subscribers get 7 days of full Pro access free, one trial per account and per card. When you're signed in, this page shows before checkout if this account can't get one, and the exact amount due today instead.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your payment info is never stored on our servers.
What happens when my subscription expires?
You revert to the Free tier. Your bet history and account data are preserved — you can resubscribe anytime.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Your first payment, taken when the free trial ends (or right away if no trial applies), has a 7-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 7 days of that charge.
