1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FightEdge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

FightEdge is an AI-powered UFC fight prediction and analysis platform built on a proprietary, in-house prediction engine. The Service provides statistical predictions, fight simulations, odds comparisons, expert consensus aggregation, and related analytical tools.

3. For Entertainment Only

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

FightEdge predictions, probabilities, parlay suggestions, and value bets are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are:

  • Not financial advice — Do not treat predictions as investment recommendations
  • Not guaranteed — Past model accuracy does not guarantee future results
  • Not a substitute for your own judgment — Always make betting decisions independently

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

5. Responsible Gambling

FightEdge encourages responsible gambling. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem:

Never bet more than you can afford to lose. Set limits and stick to them.

6. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You may not share accounts or create multiple accounts
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Free Tier: FightEdge offers a free tier with limited features (winner predictions, event listings, basic accuracy tracking). The free tier is available indefinitely at no cost.

FightEdge Pro: Premium features (full reports, method breakdowns, stat projections, value finder, parlay builder, line movement, fight narratives) require an active Pro subscription.

  • Pricing: $14.99/month or $99/year (save 45%)
  • Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full Pro access. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Recurring Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
  • Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription period. After this period, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your first charge.
  • Price Changes: We may adjust subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate for the remainder of their billing period.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. FightEdge does not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials on our servers. Stripe's security practices comply with PCI-DSS Level 1, the highest level of payment industry certification.

8. Content Sharing & Redistribution

Pro subscribers may share report links with others. However, non-subscribers who access shared links will see a limited preview (picks only). Full report content is accessible only to active Pro subscribers.

You may not systematically copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell FightEdge content, reports, or predictions. Sharing individual report links for personal use is permitted.

9. Intellectual Property

All predictions, model outputs, fight narratives, analysis content, reports, and software are the intellectual property of FightEdge. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit this content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

FightEdge shall not be held liable for any financial losses resulting from the use of predictions, value bets, parlay suggestions, or any other outputs of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, FightEdge makes no warranty that predictions, odds data, or fighter statistics are error-free. Live odds are sourced from third-party APIs and may not reflect real-time prices.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes (including pricing), we will provide 30 days notice via email to registered users.

13. Trademark Notice

FightEdge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by UFC, Zuffa LLC, or any of its subsidiaries. UFC and the UFC logo are registered trademarks of Zuffa LLC. All UFC fighter names, likenesses, and event names are used for informational purposes under nominative fair use. All other trademarks are property of their respective owners.
